  1. How can you change your life??

By deciding to change it… re-evaluate your perspectives, change the questions & language you use, think about what values influence you most & evaluate what rules you have around them. At any moment your life can change, yes from external things but also from you!!

  2. This is the first book I'm reading in english to get better at learning the language ( I'm not native). So far, I wanted to leave it several times and continue it in my native language but the actual message of the book doesn't allow me 😂

  3. Most of us don't even realize how inflation reduces the value of what ever we have in our savings but the banks on the other hand, invest the money and still charge you for keeping it, that's why I invest with Suzanne Stephens Ellis.

  4. so true about the manager – I think people underestimate how much time does people management require, esp. if you want to grow the team in the right way. Even two hours for the feedback may sometimes not be enough! 🙂

  5. I have always been k’ As a creative problem solver… Every single problem has many different solutions, that can work to a certain extent. You just need to try and find 1 of them!

  6. I have literally been watching your videos since 9am EST. I typed in Drake to listen to his new album and somehow your stuff popped up and I have not been able to stop. I have since made a Facebook Page and am building a website currently based around myself and my brands. These videos are so well made, thank you!

  7. Summary:
    1. Growth vs fixed mindset
    2. Value the effort u put in
    3. Progress beats perfection: just because u r good a x does not mean u r good at y
    4. Learn from failures with journals
    5. It is a gradual journey
