  1. My company is a bit different. I refuse to give my employees scripts. When they read from them, it sounds like they are reading from a script. They are not actors so it's hard for them to relay any information without sounding like they are reading it. I make them memorize….memorize what they are selling and then ad lib in between. It makes the purchaser feel that this person is genuine and not a robot. That being said, I struggle to teach my employees to CLOSE. They often agree with the client that "this is not for me right now' and then lose a sale. I ask that they not pressure them, but try to get them to listen just a little bit longer.

  3. I think the pandemic has taught people a big lesson, having one stream of income is not really a good idea cause your job doesn't secure your financial needs.
