  2. The first time I heard this guided meditation, I had a profound image come to me. Right when I was guided to envision white radiant energy, I saw a version of myself. She was glowing white and pink, and she was there for me. Like a good friend, I was treating myself with love and understanding. It can be so easy to be mean to yourself when you would never act or feel this way towards a friend going through the same things. Pure self love is helping me through these hard times. She is me, I’m not separating the two, but it’s easier to envision her as a person being there for me. Whenever I feel negative, I imagine her there, comforting me. It’s important to not shove these feelings down, to acknowledge these negative feelings, but to understand that I am okay and I am in control. Everyone deserves happiness and peace, including you.
