  1. Thank you for a great class. I love the way you teach and remind us to smile. We would love more classes that are around the 30 minute mark for when we have less time to give to the yoga mat. They help make it possible to still practice and to remind us how important the practice is! Thanks again 🙂

  2. You never fail to put a smile on my face:) I am in Costa Rica now at massage therapy school and it has been a challenge but a good one, I have been studying really hard and giving it my all ! Becoming the best version of myself:) Crazy how much of a difference in my attitude from before I practice to after I practice, seriously so thankful for you, your wisdom and your practice, you seriously have changed my life and I cant wait to continue to grow and one day I want to come back and help out, maybe give massages there hehe!   3. I didn't have a lot of time this morning and have been stressing about the US undecided election. I really needed some yoga and this short sequence was perfect. I am at least a little calmer.   5. I wanted to add a second post right now with everything going on in the world. I have done this particular practice three times this week before bed and some of your other ones in the morning. I am INCREDIBLY grateful to be able to practice with my teacher virtually . Thank you Doron. Practicing presence and intention is top priority right now. The world, our children, our families, our leaders, doctors, nurses, teachers, schools, small businesses, everybody is experiencing so much. I cannot fully articulate how much I appreciate your teaching and wisdom….I am doing my best to take it off the mat and into the world right now. Deep gratitude Doron. Thank you for changing my life always.

  6. Thank you for keeping our practice alive! Is not easy when you don't live in DYZC wich souch a beautifull nature and yogi comunity. But I think we can give ourselves at least 30 min. As you say, SHOW UP, the rest will come. Love and Huges

  7. As a mother of two young ones, I enjoy practicing before bed sometimes and 30 minutes is the perfect amount for me. My body sleeps better when I have done a yoga practice and as usual, Doron Yoga sequences feel so comfortably balanced and strong but with so much grace. I really appreciated this one. Thank you.
