  1. Thank you Adrienne. I've been dealing with hard emotions lately. I've been straying from the yoga mat. I figured if I cant do it for myself, I owe it to my partner to be in a better state. So I came to the mat today and I feel so much better and calmer.

  2. This one was a bit more difficult than others, but I could tell the core work was easier than it was 20 days ago! I am really enjoying this opportunity to practice 30 days in a row!

  3. Oh yes core work is quite the challenge but great! I just find that some of the moves my neck is straining and hard to hold the pose. Any suggestions to either help strengthen my neck or perhaps i'm doing it incorrectly?

  4. I totally agree. I save your class as my reward for completing my other workouts first. I look forward to each day of practice and surprising myself by how well I am doing. Today was great for my core. Thank you, thank you!

  5. i want to try implementing both a daily yoga and this specific video into my routine.. something about the burn i get from this video keeps me wanting to work on my body. as someone who’s never been fit or active i find that yoga has helped me. but this one video is intense yet short, something that i’ll definitely have time for each day until i’m able to move on and do a harder core exercise or even create my own

  6. Morning practice was tough even though it was a short 12.33 practice. Each time I do this practice I fine my core on fire and getting stronger. It burns. It must take months to get a strong core , working on lower and upper abs helps to to keep moving and better posture. Thank you Adriene. xx

  7. I often return to connect daily for core as it is a short practice that I can fit in , and because it was my very first time doing 30 days of Yoga MOVE practice with Adriene on 1st January 2022. I love that it is short and works on center . I want to be able to have a strong core to MOVE daily. Thank you Adriene. xxx

Today is the first day of my period and I almost skipped this practice because of how painful my cramps were last night but honestly the core work really felt like a massage down there, and the pain I felt the most during the practice was the heat of moving my body. Thank you Adriene, somehow every practice on this journey is exactly what I need on any given day ❤

  10. Amazing practice! I did this while listening to my work meeting – BALANCE! Lol
    Adriene – I truly thank you for using your ability to deliver reasonable practices that achieve results but still obtain a level of mindfulness. No matter how challenging your practices are, they are always inclusive so that individuals at all levels have the opportunity to participate. I recently became a yoga teacher, and I've found myself yearning to excel to "catch up" and mirror the skill level of other instructors. Through this pursuit, I ended up doing a series of intense practices that actually ended up hurting my muscles significantly. I love how you remind us to maintain a sense of calm with every move. A lot of instructors are inconsiderate of the skill level of others and make videos that cause people to go beyond their ability, so I thank you for always upholding mindfulness!

  11. My core is the weakest part of my body so every core focused class makes me feel discouraged … even though I know it just means I need to work on my core even MORE! I have been taking days off in between classes that make my body sore so I haven't been doing every day but pretty close. Am really enjoying this journey and starting to feel stronger in other parts of my body! 9 more days then on to the next challenge! Thanks Adriene, I finally enjoy yoga!

  12. Kinda fell off doing the challenge everyday for over a week now maybe almost two weeks, but I came back and was reminded why I even started! I feel great, and my head is clearer than it has been in a while. If you stopped before completing the challenge too, don’t feel discouraged to come back, you can do it and you’ll thank yourself for it! Looking forward to tomorrow ☺️

  14. I was thinking I hit the jackpot with a short practice as my monthly just started but 🤡
    Anyways I did kind of liked it and probably I'll comeback later in the year to see how I do

  15. I keep revisiting this practice after doing Move 30 days of practice in January 2022. I love that it is short and focuses on core. I find it to be a challenge mentally at 52 yrs but feel good after finishing sequence. Thank you from Australia. 💜
