  1. I’m almost 60 and found this difficult so kinda stressful for me. I took a rest at the half way point. Since yoga is supposed to be relaxing I will have to adjust it to my ability so it’s not stressful for me. Kinda defeats the purpose!

  2. I thought today, with an easier lesson, id do better. I just can't stop thinking im awful, and too fat for this. im really trying but I have to take a crying break every session and im sick of it. im really close to giving up.

  3. Hi Adriene, your yoga is lovely!!! I like to do it every morning~~is there a longer video? If so, 20 minutes is really too soon for me, Aha, a 45-60 min would be great!! thank you! love you! Btw, about handstand, could you show for us how to do it, thanks!

  4. Thanks Adriene, I just did it by myself. When u asked us shake our hands and legs I just smile and then laugh, me alone 😂😂😂
Watched u for years, first time ever to leave a msg because of this hahaha

  5. I’m up to 8 and want you to know that your classes give me a huge boast. I always feel energized and enthusiastic about starting my day after your yoga. I am a yoga teacher myself, I teach a gentle practice and even though I’ve been teaching for 6 years, I still find myself learning new poses, cues etc…….. Thank you so very, very much for your dedication to yoga that enables you to sharing this wonderful gift.🙏Namaste

  6. Right as Adriene told me to just let go on my back at the end of the practice, guess who decided to come pay a vist? My dog to lick my sweaty face, for the reminder of the practice! Adriene is saying "Let it soak in" and I'm trying my best to stay relaxed while the dog is having a ball licking my sweat haha.

  7. Thank you Adrianne( and Benji ) I get so much out of your teachings, I used to be so negative (my apology) biggest tragedy of my life. losing my wife and son, I had no reason or purpose, living only to numb my senses. A friend introduced me to yoga, I can definitely say Yoga saved my life- and you’re a big part of that – truly grateful to you

  8. Doing this at a time when I really need something nourishing and glad to see I'm not the only one who cried after the shake! I'm exhausted and doing this at the end of a long day and I was shaking so intensely with pure joy, followed by a huge release of sobs when I stopped. Not sadness and it was short/completely out of nowhere, just true release and I let myself feel it all. Forever grateful for this channel.

  9. The shake at the end was my favorite part, I loved that you were talking about not feeling silly because I would have felt silly normally but lately I'm finding myself and not caring what others think. Being in tune with my body.. it's what yoga's all about! So that in itself helped me 🙂

  10. I am so happy to be on day 7 with you, this has been so lovely and my body is loving me for taking the time each day to move with your help, thank you so much, I really appreciate all of your videos you post, they really help me go inwards and flow with my own movements😊🌻

  11. Hi! I’m doing this in March! I missed a real life class today and got home around 11:30pm so I almost didn’t do day 7 today, but then I thought why not… and I’m SO glad I did. This was nourishing indeed. I’m starting to look at the time less and less. Just hoping to get my downward dogs down pat and then we good
