  1. Flow Day 9 done along with day 10 yoga for brain power.
On Mondays, I do two in person yoga classes so often will skip my YWA at home practice but try to pick it up the next day. Turned out this beautiful morning flow was just what was needed on Tuesday, May 10/22 🙏

  2. I think this is about the third time I've done this practice. The first time I did it I was pooped. The second time I did it, disaster. This morning, I got through it. Focusing on breath, body, and thankful for movement. A lovely start to my morning. Awake now.

  3. Flow Day 8- This practice was harder than I thought it would be. I kept getting frustrated about little things. I think part of it is that last month's calendar was so chill that I forgot what fast-paced yoga was like. I'm glad I got all the way through the practice.

  4. Am in a hotel in California without a yoga mat. Side Planks were not done. Hands kept sliding on the carpet. Didn't want to chance a muscle pull. Chest muscles are feeling very good, along with the shoulders. Appreciate ya, Tex

  5. FLOW 🪷 | May 9, 2022 | Back to this favourite for Flow! Once again I didn't do this in the morning, but in the afternoon, but it's still such a great pick-me-up. It gets the breath flowing and I still love the balance of repetition and creativity. It's so fun! 🧘‍♀🙏

  6. As a morning stretch this is a great flow, not easy, but fun. Doing this flow after working out at the gym for 3 hours is another story. I always appreciate a challenge and this was a great challenge. Thank you Adriene.
