On Tuesday, Motorola launched its new mid-range smartphone, the Moto G82 5G, in India.
The smartphone has a faster refresh rate, a 50MP camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), and multiple storage options.
The Moto G82 that will be available in India differs slightly from the version available in Europe.
At the time of writing, it was the cheapest phone in India with such a camera setup. Previously, the Realme 9 Pro+ held this position.
The Moto G82 costs Rs 21,499 for a model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The Moto G82 5G features a 6.6-inch 1080p 10-bit pOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a hole punch cut-out in the centre. However, biometrics are handled by a side-mounted fingerprint reader.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor is paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage.
There are also dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support. The phone is powered by Android 12 and supports 13 5G bands.
