Yoga stretches and poses are observed to relieve stress in body and hence a great way to wind down before going to bed.

Virasana or Hero Pose is ideal for tired legs after a long day of work and running around.

Uttanasana or Standing forward bend, is another classic pose to release stress and promote blood circulation towards brain.
